These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by JKJ Pathology, LLC d/b/a The Pathology Solution ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website, web application at app.thepathologysolution.com, and our SMS messaging program. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
The Pathology Solution provides an SMS messaging program for transactional billing and payment notifications. When a patient's mobile phone number is on file, we may send text messages containing:
By providing your mobile phone number to The Pathology Solution (directly or through your healthcare provider), you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your account and billing. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on billing activity. You will typically receive 1–3 messages per billing cycle. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any fees charged by your wireless carrier for sending and receiving text messages. Contact your carrier for pricing details.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from this program. You may still receive billing communications via email or postal mail.

Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We will not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Payment links sent via SMS or email direct you to a secure payment page. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Payment links expire 7 days after issuance.
Healthcare providers and laboratory staff may access our application through authenticated user accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

All content, software, and materials provided through our application are the property of JKJ Pathology, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our application.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our application or messaging services. We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by wireless carriers or internet service providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JKJ Pathology, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to damages from delayed or failed message delivery.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
